From the Christopher Phillips Rare Seed Collection R6--Release #6 on January 16, 2015. This Capsicum chinense was sent to Christopher by an old friend in Tobago years back. It is a great producer and the pods have the usual great taste of a Scotch Bonnet. Pods ripen from green to red and there is some variation in pod shape / size. This one makes a superb powder or is great to use in Caribbean cuisine.
