From the Christopher Phillips Rare Seed Collection R6--Release #6 on January 16, 2015. This Capsicum chinense is something you don't see everyday. This is a variant of the more common yellow Harolds St. Bart. This variety produces peppers that are about 2 inches long and ripen to dark green. You have to be careful to make sure the pods are fully ripe as they transition from medium green to a darker green and will eventually soften on the plant if left too long. This is one of a very few select varieties that have a final ripe color of green. The pods have a medium to high heat level.
