CP 219 - African Picking Pepper

From the Christopher Phillips Rare Seed Collection R6--Release #6 on January 16, 2015. This is a wonderful, rare Capsicum baccatum sent directly from South Africa. If you enjoy the Peppadew pepper, you'll love this one as well. These make great snacks and have a combination profile of crunchy, sour and fruity all at once. These are perfect for pickling or brining. The peppers ripen from green to red.

Seeds can take up to 6-8 weeks for proper germination.
