CP 327 - Chilhaucle Rojo

From the Christopher Phillips Rare Seed Collection R7--Release #7 on September 3, 2015. This is one of the famous Chilhaucle strains from Oaxaca, Mexico. These are very well known for their amazing taste/aroma. They are a key ingredient in the production of mole sauces and Mexican recipes. Other Chilhaucle varieties that are in this group are Chilhaucle Negro and Chilhaucle Amarillo (brown and yellow variations both used similarly). This variety is not used for its heat as much as the flavor it parts. if you want to experience the real deal, these are the ones to try!
